so today has been really bad. i feel exhausted and i have absolutely no drive. ive been gaining weight and felt so alone and sad these last few days. i feel like a failure. i cut for the first time in 3 months on sunday. im such a mess. i haven’t worked out in a while cause I’ve been so busy. i hate this so much.
